In aI decided to look for the fabrics. And the most fabrics I found is from our college fabrics cupboard. I looked for a neutral, silver, cream, white as a mother-of-pearl, and coral shade colours. The most of the fabrics I looked are quite thin.In a few days time we were visiting the Fabric Corner shop wich we were looking for a fabrics. I got a couple of samples of satin fabric wich I think to work with on my final garment. The satin fabric are quite thin so I think it would be perfect for a ruffled skirt.

In addition to this blog I was experimenting with my chosen fabrics to make a samples of the scalloped edge, I wanted to see how the fabrics folds and practise to make the scalloped edge. So I made a three samples wich I think are successful.The middle one scalloped edge in cream are my favourite because the fabric is perfect for this manipulation. And my decision are made in order to finalise my fabric chose. The cream satin is the Winner!
